Agreement
By creating an account or using BFG iTech CRM, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
Free trial
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and is billed at the price shown at signup.
Plans, fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Optional setup fees are one-time charges. Usage-based services such as phone, SMS, email sending and optional AI add-ons may be billed separately based on usage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to send unsolicited messages, violate telemarketing, anti-spam or privacy laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM), or use the service for unlawful content. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your contacts.
Your data
You own the data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the platform evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFG iTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
